Following extended consultation, research and multiple forms of analysis, Resolution Resources made three (3) overarching recommendations and ten (10) targeted recommendations to the Mediator Standards Board (MSB)
The Draft Code contains the proposed revisions to the NMAS and commentary coming out of the NMAS Review, including an expanded training and accreditation framework, revised professional practice standards, as well as guidance on the administration of the Code and complaints handling.
